VISIT TO COMPANIES IN CHINA
Visit in person of the Chinese partner with interpreter or by delegating only the interpreter to visit the counterpart on your behalf. The service is suitable for maintaining commercial relationships, supporting effective commercial negotiations, verifying an activity in progress, detecting any non-conformities.
Horizon Solutions provides specialized interpreters to accompany customers in meetings with Chinese companies or, if necessary, to carry out control visits and participate in commercial meetings by representing the customer in his absence.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES

Management of appointments through an interpreter

Visit of the interlocutor with interpreter or alternatively visit carried out by the interpreter alone on behalf of the client

METHOD OF EXECUTION OF THE SERVICE
1. After paying for the service, you can explain us all details of your case
2. Within 3 working days we will contact the Chinese counterpart and make an appointment for a visit following the instructions received
3. We will send you a table of any transportion and accommodation costs, not included in the cost of service
4. Following confirmation of any transport and accommodation costs, we will send a link to make the payment (in case of non-acceptance we will proceed with the refund of the amount previously paid)
5. We will proceed with the purchase of any tickets and accommodation booking and we will send you all relevant payment receipts
6. We will send name and contact details of the selected interpreter and meeting place to the mailbox indicated. In the event of a visit conducted by the interpreter alone on behalf of the client, we will send a textual and photographic report to the indicated e-mail address according to customer indications

€ 495.00 *
* The cost of the service is inclusive of VAT, referring to an 8-hour day of work by the interpreter, and does not include any costs of transportation, food, accommodation.
